Overview

Gastador is an expense tracker for logging spending, reviewing reports, and getting practical spending feedback through Gasta AI. This policy explains what information Gastador may collect and how it is used.

Information You Provide

Gastador may store spending logs, amounts, brands, categories, notes, timestamps, custom categories, nickname, and app preferences. If you use cloud features, this information may be synced to our cloud database so you can back up or restore your data.

Local Storage And Cloud Sync

The app can work locally on your device. Local data stays on that device unless you enable or use cloud features. Cloud sync, when available, stores your app data on our service provider systems for backup, sync, and account recovery.

Gasta AI

Gasta AI may use your spending logs, categories, notes, nickname, and recent app context to parse expense messages, prepare spend drafts, answer spending questions, and personalize coaching. We do not ask you to enter passwords, banking credentials, card numbers, or government IDs into Gasta AI.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide spend tracking, reports, AI-assisted parsing and advice, cloud backup, sync, support, debugging, abuse prevention, and product improvement. We do not sell your personal spending data.

Third-Party Services

Gastador may use service providers for hosting, cloud databases, analytics, crash diagnostics, payments, app distribution, and AI infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to operate the app and related services.

Your Choices

You can choose not to use cloud features, delete local app data from your device, or contact us to request help with account or cloud data. Some data may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, or backup purposes.

Children

Gastador is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Gastador changes. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
